A variety of holistic therapists, readers and healers, nutrition and well-being experts will be available for consultations, readings and treatments. There will be lots of stalls too selling crystals, healing books, angel cards, unique gifts, jewellery and lots more.

The event promises to bring a range of trusted readers, mediums and psychics to inspire, amaze and reveal to you in a safe and welcoming environment. The event will host a range of professional holistic practitioners specializing in various forms of naturopathy including Reiki. You’ll be able to sample and book treatments on the day.

There will be health, organic and nutritional experts on hand to offer you professional and helpful advice.

During the event you will be able to purchase food and beverage and may be tempted by our delicious homemade cakes and savouries and wide selection of herbal teas. Or perhaps you will prefer a snuggly organic hot chocolate.

You may wish to indulge over the weekend in a little retail therapy and purchase special presents for Yule and Christmas from our brand new Christmas Craft Zone!

Charley Elizabeth’s Holistic Weekend at Dunster offers a warm-hearted welcome to all and will be home to an inspiring collection of exhibitors and stalls, holistic therapists and trusted readers.

Access and Car Parking
Parking signage will show you where to park when you arrive in to Dunster. There is plenty of car parking space in the public pay and display car park as you enter Dunster. The venue is a short 3 minute walk up the hill from the car park.

There is also pay & display parking at Dunster you can walk from the castle into the village). There is also free but limited parking available at The Tithe barn. Priority is given to blue badge holders.

Local Train Station

The nearest train station is in Minehead, which is a short bus journey away.

Disabled Provision
The event is held indoors and is located on the ground floor. Disabled parking is available near the site entrance. Entrance and exits are accessible. Toilets include disabled provision. There is a small upper area which is only accessible via stairs.

Cash Facilities
There is no cash machine at the event, however you will find cash machines in Minehead (5 minute drive) and the Post Office in Dunster.

Smoking 
There is a no smoking policy indoors (law). Smoking is permitted outside away from the front doors please.

Toilets 
Include disabled provision near the main entrance.

First Aid 
The First Aider on site is the organiser Charley Torr – please report any incidents to Charley.

Lost Property and Children 
Please report to the organiser Charley or to the tearoom manager Peter.

Children 
Children are very welcome at the event. Parents are responsible for supervising and maintaining their child’s safety and whereabouts at all times. Children are not permitted to roam unsupervised for their own safety and the safety of others, both people and animals.

Bringing Animals on Site
Dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a lead at all times. Please ensure you clear any mess made by your dog outside the venue premises.

Food & Beverage Refreshments

There will be a tearoom at the event selling hot and cold food and beverage including homemade cakes and savouries, a selection of organic herbal teas, organic hot chocolate, gluten free and vegan treats, jacket potatoes and homemade soup.

The Venue

Tithe Barn is a distinctly different venue filled with charm and a warm welcoming atmosphere. The beautiful listed building was originally part of a Benedictine Priory set in the pretty medieval village of Dunster with origins dating back to the Iron ages. The preserved village of Dunster is home to Dunster Castle and is set within the Exmoor National Park in Somerset. Dunster is a popular tourist destination for many visitors visiting this beautiful coastal area of Somerset. Dunster Beach is a few minutes away and hosts a gorgeous stretch of beach perfect for an autumn stroll. Whilst visiting why not hop on the South West Steam Train and make memories as you explore the Somerset Coast.

Exhibitors

We would be delighted if you would like to exhibit at this year’s exciting holistic weekend…

If you would like to exhibit please drop me an email and I will send you the booking form. A 50% deposit payment will be required upon booking please; the stand fee is £35.00 per day.

The stand fee includes:

  • A feature on the event website in the exhibitor directory (2 months prior to the event)
  • A feature in the printed event directory (given to visitors on the day)
  • 6 ft trestle table and chair (please bring your own table cloth)
  • Complimentary bottle water on the day
  • Promotion via social media channels in the lead up to the event
  • A promotion pack (includes advert, social graphic, signature strip, leaflet and poster)

Please note that all payments must be made in British pound sterling. The final payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event, the payment deadline is 1st November 2017.

Exhibitor set up information will be sent to you with your booking confirmation letter and deposit receipt. Set up will be on Saturday morning from 8.30am. Clear down will be after the event has finished and the last visitor has left on Sunday around 4pm. Parking at the venue for suppliers is only permitted during set up and clear down unless otherwise agreed with the venue organiser. Please park on the event days at the pay and display car park. We would like to thank exhibitors in advance for your cooperation.
